With 28+ years of hands-on leadership as a CHRO and HR Governance Advisor, Srinivas has led HR, payroll, and compliance operations across Real Estate & Construction, Healthcare, Aerospace, Manufacturing, and NBFC sectors.
He specializes in:
- HR governance & Hire-to-Retire architecture
- Payroll and statutory compliance frameworks
- HRMS / HCM alignment and adoption control
- SOP and audit-ready HR documentation
He works closely with CXOs, founders, and HR leaders to eliminate operational risk and build resilient HR systems.
